  • Empire Carpet Left Us In Limbo and Recked my Finances

    This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I have made Several Calls From Day one when Empire did not show up for my installation. After that it was down hill from there from sunpar carpet where I can feel the seems and we have stepped on tack boards and our Service/Companion Dog for My Disabled Vet was also injured. They took over six times to complete the Job. There contractor Ran the Wrong Card and I was without money for 6 days as My Morgage, Cell Phone and other Bills were do.   • Empire Today - Botched Install and Customer Service Nightmare

    At first we were very happy with our new laminate flooring, with both the quality of the wood and the install was quick and relatively painless. However, as time wore on, we started noticing the laminate loosening up in the middle of the room. After about a year, it started buckling, and over the last six months has buckled up over 4 inches off the floor to the point of breaking at the seams.   • Bad Customer Service

    The salesman stated that they have really good customer service. After the installation of our new flooring in the bathroom, the toilet started to run since it had a leak in it from being moved around the room for the installation, which the company is not liable for according to the contract. Apparently, my husband decided to contact the company to get it fixed and explained to them the situation and everything.   • install carpet review

    We had 1200 square feet of carpet purchased from empire. The main installer spoke only Spanish. His assistant was his son, just learning. He did a horrible job on the stairs and put the seam in the living room write in the walk way. We heard a loud noise upstairs during the installation and the dad swore at the son in Spanish. We did not know until later that the noise was a dropped carpet knife. They had torn cut the arm of my new couch.
